Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return all components unused within 30 days of receiving product for a full (100%) refund. Just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide FREE return labels and boxes. For customers outside the United States, Snow Groomers will pay for the return customs fees as well as the return labels and boxes.

Return all of the slightly used (obvious signs of use with no damage from use or missing components) components within 30 days to receive 75% of the original purchase price. All other return amounts are based on damage or circumstances of return. Please contact Snow Groomers for more details.

Returns only accepted of products purchased directly from Snow Groomers, LLC. We do not accept returns from 3^rd party distributors.

Once Snow Groomers, LLC receives all components, a refund will be processed in the same manner it was received. (Example, check for check or back on the credit card used to purchase.)
