All Snowgroomers Inc. products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:

Groomer chassis (main yellow “sled” fabrication) for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase

All other components and parts for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase

During the warranty period, SnowGroomers Inc. will repair or, at its option, replace at no charge components that prove to be defective, provided the parts are returned, shipping prepaid, to SnowGroomers Inc.

This warranty does not apply to the following:

  1) Normal wear and tear, components that have been modified, used improperly or abused
  2) Damages due to operation on non-snow surfaces
  3) Ultraviolet damage to plastic and urethane components
  4) Powder-coated or plated surfaces

Snow Groomers Inc. will not be liable for any Incidental or Consequential Damages, no other express warranty is given.
